A. Program overview

The Rajnigandha Rewards Program (Program) is an exclusive loyalty initiative introduced by Rajnigandha (“Brand”) for its discerning consumers. The Program is designed to offer distinctive rewards and experiences to eligible participants in recognition of their continued association with the Brand.

Participation in the Program is voluntary and subject to these Terms and Conditions (as amended from time to time at the sole discretion of Dharampal Satyapal Limited and without requirement of any notice to customers) and any applicable laws. The Program aims to enhance brand engagement by providing curated benefits, privileges, and reward opportunities, in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies.

Definitions

  1. Account means the unique Program account created for a Member upon successful enrolment in the Program
  2. Program means the Program, a customer loyalty and engagement program operated by Rajnigandha under which eligible Members may earn and redeem Reward Points in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Rajnigandha means Rajnigandha, a brand owned by Dharampal Satyapal Limited (“DSL”), including its successors, assigns, group companies, and authorised representatives.
  4. Member means a Rajnigandha customer, who is enrolled as a member of 'Rajnigandha Reward' holding a valid membership to this programme and is governed by rules set by 'Rajnigandha Reward' for this programme which are subject to change.
  5. Website means the official website of Rajnigandha available at https://rajnigandha.com
  6. Membership means the valid enrolment of a Member in the Program in accordance with the applicable terms, conditions, and rules prescribed by DSL.
  7. Rewards means the benefits, privileges, or rewards issued or made available under the Program, as listed in the applicable reward catalogue and/or as communicated to Members from time to time, subject to availability and applicable conditions.
  8. Loyalty Fraud means any act of fraud, dishonesty, misuse, or deceit in connection with the Program, including providing false information, creating unauthorised accounts, improper earning or redemption of Rewards, or any attempt to manipulate the Program or its outcome.
  9. Loss means any losses, damages, costs, claims, liabilities, or expenses (whether direct or indirect) suffered or incurred by a Member in connection with participation in the Program or use of Rewards.

B. Account Creation & Enrolment

  1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

    Participation in the Program is strictly limited to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or above at the time of enrolment and eligible as per the rules laid down by business. These rules are subject to change. By creating an account, the applicant represents and warrants that they meet the minimum age requirement.

  2. Enrolment Channels

    Eligible individuals may enrol in the Program by completing the sign-up process through the Website, ://rajnigandha.com, or through the official Rajnigandha mobile application (“App”), available on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.

  3. Completion of Enrolment

    Enrolment shall be deemed complete only upon successful submission of all required details and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the applicant. DSL reserves the right to accept or reject any enrolment request at its sole discretion, without assigning any reason.

    1. Bonafide Purchase or Coupon Requirement

      To be eligible for enrolment in the Program, an applicant must have either:

      1. Made a bona fide purchase through the official Website or mobile application; or
      2. Possess a valid coupon issued with authorised Rajnigandha retail packs, eligible for earning Reward Points.

      DSL reserves the right to verify such purchase or coupon details and may refuse, suspend, or cancel enrolment if the purchase or coupon is found to be invalid, fraudulent, duplicated, or not in accordance with Program rules.

  4. Single Account Policy

    Each individual Member is permitted to maintain only one account under the Program (“Program Account”). The Program Account must be registered using a unique and valid mobile number and email address, both of which shall be mandatorily linked to the Member’s account.

  5. Account Number & Registered Mobile Number

    Upon successful enrolment, a unique account number shall be created and allotted to the Member against the mobile number used at the time of sign-up. The registered mobile number shall, by default, shall remain the primary registered number and cannot be changed.

  6. Change of Registered Mobile Number

    Any request for change of the registered mobile number may be considered only if the Member reaches out to Customer Support. Such change shall be processed solely at the discretion of DSL, subject to successful verification and completion of prescribed validation requirements.

  7. Registration Details & Accuracy

    At the time of account creation, Members are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information as requested during the sign-up process. Submission of incomplete, false, misleading, or inaccurate information may result in suspension or termination of the Program Account.

  8. Duplicate and Multiple Accounts

    Any Program Accounts identified with duplication of mobile number, email address, or any other identifying information shall be liable to suspension and/or termination at the sole discretion of DSL. Where a Member is found to have created or maintained multiple Program Accounts:

    1. DSL reserves the right to identify a single account as the surviving account and suspend or terminate all duplicate accounts.
    2. Any transfer or consolidation of Rewards, if permitted, shall be at the sole discretion of DSL, subject to internal verification and due diligence.
    3. Rewards, benefits, or bonuses granted as part of one-time enrolment or promotional activities shall not be transferred or reissued upon consolidation.
  9. Account Termination Requests

    Where a Member holds multiple Program Accounts, a separate termination request may be required for each such account, submitted through the registered contact details associated with the respective account, in the manner prescribed by DSL.

  10. Effect of Termination

    Upon termination of a Program Account for any reason whatsoever, any unredeemed Rewards associated with such account shall stand forfeited and shall not be eligible for redemption, transfer, or reinstatement.

C. Membership Validity

  1. Membership Validity

    Membership under the Program shall remain valid on a continuing basis unless terminated by the Member or by DSL. However, if there is no member-initiated activity in the account for a continuous period of 5 years, the Member will be considered inactive and the account may be deactivated and deleted, and all unused reward points if available shall lapse.

  2. Non-Transferability of Membership & Reward Points

    Membership and all Reward Points credited to a Member’s account are personal, non-transferable, and non-assignable and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged in any manner whatsoever.

  3. 3. Account Inactivity
    1. An account shall be considered inactive if no member-initiated activity, including earning or redeeming reward points or e-shopping through the Website or mobile application, is recorded for a continuous period of five (5) years.

    2. DSL reserves the right to delete such inactive accounts, including all accumulated points, transaction history, and associated data.

    3. Prior notification may be sent atleast 48 hours in advance to the member’s registered contact details. Once deleted, the account and any associated points cannot be reinstated, and fresh enrolment may be required to participate in the program.

    4. Accounts that have remained inactive for five (5) consecutive years may be subject to deletion at sole discretion of DSL.

  4. Member Information & Compliance

    Members shall provide accurate, complete, and updated information as may be required by DSL from time to time for the purposes of administering the Program. Failure to comply may result in restriction of benefits or further action in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

D. Earning of Reward Points

  1. Eligible Transactions

    Reward Points under the Program (“Program”) shall be earned only on eligible purchases and activities as may be specified by DSL from time to time. Members can earn points through:

    1. Retail Purchases: Scanning the QR code on eligible Rajnigandha retail packs at the time of purchase.
    2. Online Purchases: Buying products through official Rajnigandha e-commerce channels, Q-com channels or partner websites.
    3. Subscriptions: Participating in subscription plans as offered by Website (rajnigandha.com) or rajnigandha mobile app.
    4. Other Activities: Any other actions or promotional activities explicitly designated by Rajnigandha to accrue Reward Points.

    Reward Points earned are subject to verification, and DSL reserves the right to approve or reject points based on proof of purchase, authenticity, and compliance with program rules.

  2. Point Accrual Mechanism
    1. Reward Points shall be credited to the Member’s account only upon successful validation of purchase details, coupons, codes, or any other prescribed proof of transaction.

    2. The number of Reward Points earned per transaction shall be determined solely by DSL and may vary by product, promotion, geography, or time period.

  3. Coupon & Proof Validation
    1. Members are required to retain all physical or digital coupons, codes, or proofs of purchase used for earning Reward Points.

    2. DSL reserves the right to request such coupons or proofs at any time for verification.

    3. In the event a Member is unable to produce the requested coupon or proof, DSL reserves the right to reverse or cancel the corresponding Reward Points.

  4. Timeframe for Credit of Points

    Reward Points shall be credited to the Member’s account within such time period as may be prescribed by DSL on a best-effort basis. DSL shall not be liable for delays arising due to technical issues, verification requirements, or third-party dependencies.

  5. Incorrect or Fraudulent Accrual
    1. Any Reward Points credited due to system errors, technical glitches, duplication, or verification discrepancies may be corrected, adjusted, or reversed at the sole discretion of DSL.
    2. Accrual of Reward Points through misuse, manipulation, or violation of these Terms and Conditions (fraudulent activity) is governed under Section H – Misuse, Fraud & Disqualification.
  6. Non-Cash Nature of Points

    Reward Points have no monetary value, cannot be encashed, transferred, exchanged, or sold, and may only be redeemed in accordance with the redemption rules prescribed under the Program.

  7. Program Discretion

    DSL reserves the right to introduce, modify, restrict, suspend, or withdraw any point earning structure, promotional offer, multiplier, or bonus point scheme at any time, without prior notice.

E. Reward Redemption

  1. Modes & Process of Redemption

    Members may redeem accumulated Reward Points only through Rajnigandha Website and/or mobile application, in such manner as prescribed by Rajnigandha from time to time (refer Annexure A), including:

    1. Purchase of products online available on the website or App; and/or
    2. Vouchers, gift codes, or other redemption instruments, as determined by DSL.
  2. A redemption request shall be deemed successful only upon confirmation and deduction of the applicable Reward Points from the Member’s account.

  3. Eligibility for Redemption

    Redemption may be made only if:

    1. The membership is active and valid at the time of redemption; and
    2. The Member has accumulated sufficient Reward Points, including the minimum number of Reward Points as prescribed by DSL from time to time, for the selected product, voucher, or reward option.
    3. A minimum period of fifteen (15) days has elapsed from the date of successful enrolment of the Member in the Program.
  4. Availability & Discretion
    1. Products, vouchers, and rewards available for redemption are subject to availability and may vary by time, location, or promotion.
    2. DSL reserves the right to add, modify, substitute, restrict, or withdraw any redemption option at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
  5. Replacement & Substitution of Rewards

    DSL reserves the right to replace or substitute any Reward selected for redemption with an alternative reward of equivalent or similar value, in the event of non-availability, discontinuation, or operational constraints, without incurring any liability or obligation to provide prior notice.

  6. Irreversibility of Redemption

    Once a redemption request has been successfully placed:

    1. It cannot be cancelled, withdrawn, modified, or exchanged; and
    2. Reward Points used for such redemption shall not be reversed, refunded, or reinstated.
  7. DSL Initiated Cancellations & Refunds
    1. If a redemption order cannot be fulfilled or is cancelled by DSL due to stock unavailability, logistics issues, or operational reasons, the Reward Points used for such redemption will be refunded to the Member’s account.
    2. Refunded points may take up to 7 working days to reflect in the Member’s account.
  8. Non-Cash & Non-Transferable Nature

    Reward Points, redeemed products, and vouchers:

    1. Have no cash value,
    2. Are non-transferable, and
    3. Cannot be sold, exchanged, or converted into cash or credit.
  9. Redemption Errors

    DSL reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or unauthorized redemptions and to take appropriate action, including cancellation or adjustment of Reward Points, without incurring any liability.

F. Expiry & Lapse of Reward Points

  1. Validity of Points

    All Reward Points accumulated under the Program are valid for a period of 12 months from the date they are credited to the Member’s account, unless the membership is terminated earlier in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

  2. Expiry of unused points

    If a Member does not redeem any Reward Points within the twelve (12) month validity period from the date of credit, such Reward Points shall automatically lapse upon expiry of the validity period. Lapsed Reward Points shall not be reinstated under any circumstances.

  3. Redemption Before Expiry

    Members are encouraged to redeem their Reward Points before expiry. DSL shall not be liable for any points that expire due to inactivity, non-use, or delay in redemption.

  4. Effect of Membership Termination

    Upon termination of membership for any reason, all unredeemed Reward Points in the Member’s account shall lapse and shall not be transferable, redeemable, or reinstated.

  5. Program Modification

    DSL reserves the right to modify the validity period or point expiry rules at its sole discretion, with such changes communicated through the website, mobile application, or other official channels.

  6. Expiry Notification & Disclaimer
    1. Members are encouraged to monitor their Reward Points balance through the website or mobile application.
    2. DSL may provide notifications regarding point expiry at its discretion. However, failure to receive such notifications shall not affect the expiry of points.
    3. Once Reward Points have expired, they cannot be reinstated or extended under any circumstances, even upon request.

G. Reward Delivery & Fulfilment

  1. Dispatch of Rewards
    1. Redeemed Rewards shall be dispatched by DSL through third-party courier or logistics service providers on a best-effort basis.
    2. Delivery timelines may vary based on location, product type, courier service availability, or operational constraints. DSL shall not be liable for delays beyond reasonable control.
  2. Courier Responsibility
    1. DSL shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or misplacement of the Rewards once handed over to the courier service provider for dispatch.
    2. Any claims relating to damaged, lost, or delayed delivery shall be addressed directly with the courier service provider.
  3. Delivery Locations
    1. Rewards shall be delivered only within India, unless otherwise specified.
    2. DSL will not be responsible for non-serviceability due to Member moving out of serviced areas.
  4. Receipt & Acceptance
    1. Members are required to verify the condition of the delivered Reward upon receipt.
    2. If no complaint is received within 15 days from the date of delivery, it shall be deemed that the Member has received and accepted the Reward in satisfactory condition. No claims shall be entertained thereafter.

H. Misuse, Fraud & Disqualification

  1. Prohibited Activities

    Members shall not engage in any fraudulent, dishonest, or deceitful activity in connection with the Program. Examples of such Loyalty Fraud include, but are not limited to:

    1. Knowingly providing false, misleading, or incorrect information during enrolment, account updates, or reward claims;
    2. Attempting to accumulate Reward Points without eligible purchases or by means not authorized by DSL;
    3. Attempting to redeem points for products, vouchers, or rewards for which the Member is not eligible;
    4. Altering, tampering with, or fabricating coupons, vouchers, or receipts used for earning points;
    5. Attempting to accrue or redeem Reward Points on behalf of another Member without authorization;
    6. Selling, bartering, or purchasing Reward Points, vouchers, or Rewards, including through online platforms, auctions, or intermediaries;
    7. Accepting rewards or vouchers obtained fraudulently from other Members or third parties;
    8. Using stolen, counterfeit, or unauthorized coupons or vouchers to claim Reward Points;
    9. Knowingly benefiting from the fraud or misconduct of another Member or individual;
    10. Attempting to generate, manipulate, or reproduce coupons, codes, vouchers, or any point-earning instruments in an unauthorized or artificial manner, including by coding, software, or other technical means, to accrue Reward Points or claim Rewards.
  2. Investigation & Verification

    DSL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to investigate any suspected misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity relating to the earning of Reward Points or redemption of Rewards.

    Members may be required to provide additional information, documents, purchase proofs, or verification as may be reasonably requested during such investigation.

  3. Consequences of Fraud, Abuse, or Misuse

    In the event of any fraud, abuse, misuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions—whether relating to the earning of Reward Points, redemption of Rewards, or any attempted transfer, manipulation, or unauthorized use thereof - DSL reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prejudice to any other rights, to:

    1. Suspend or permanently terminate the Member’s Program Account;
    2. Cancel, reverse, or forfeit any accrued or unredeemed Reward Points;
    3. Cancel any pending or completed redemptions obtained through such activity;
    4. Disqualify the Member from future participation in the Program; and
    5. Take any other action deemed necessary to protect the integrity, fairness, and lawful operation of the Program.
  4. Program Integrity & Discretion

    DSL reserves the right to cancel, modify, substitute, withdraw, or restrict any Reward, benefit, or Program feature, and to amend the Program Terms and Conditions, at any time and at its sole discretion, without prior notice, particularly where required to prevent misuse, fraud, operational abuse, or system manipulation.

  5. No Liability

    DSL shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, or disputes arising out of or in connection with any investigation, suspension, disqualification, forfeiture of Reward Points, or cancellation of Rewards undertaken under this Section.

I. Tier Logic

  1. Rajnigandha Rewards operates on a tier-based loyalty system, where Members may be assigned to tiers based on their engagement, activity, or Reward points accumulation within the Program.

  2. Tier Assignment & Eligibility
    1. Assignment to a specific tier is based on criteria determined by DSL, including but not limited to points earned, frequency of participation, or engagement levels.
    2. The eligibility criteria, thresholds, and benefits for each tier shall be published on the Website and on rajnigandha mobile application.
    3. DSL reserves the right to change the criteria, thresholds, or methods for tier assignment at any time without prior notice.
    4. Tier assignment, re-assignment, upgrade, or downgrade shall occur periodically and shall be based on the Member’s qualifying activity during the applicable evaluation period, as determined solely by DSL.
  3. Tier Validity, Retention & Downgrade
    1. Tier benefits and validity shall remain applicable for a period of 12 months from the date the tier is assigned, after which the tier shall be automatically downgraded based on the applicable eligibility criteria. At the end of the Tier Validity Period, Members who do not meet the minimum points or activity thresholds prescribed for tier retention, as published on the website or mobile application, shall be automatically downgraded to the applicable lower tier.
    2. Members who meet or exceed the prescribed minimum points or activity thresholds during the Tier Validity Period shall retain their existing tier for the subsequent evaluation period.
  4. Tier Benefits
    1. Each tier may carry distinct benefits, privileges, or access, which will be communicated via the website, mobile app, or email.
    2. Benefits are not guaranteed and are subject to modification, suspension, or withdrawal at the discretion of DSL.
  5. Tier Modifications
    1. DSL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any tier, its eligibility criteria, or associated benefits at any time, without prior notice.
    2. Members shall have no claim or entitlement arising from any change in tier assignment or benefits.

J. Communication & Notifications

  1. Modes of Communication

    DSL may communicate with Members regarding the Program through SMS, email, WhatsApp, in-app notifications, or other electronic channels as deemed appropriate.

  2. Consent to Receive Communications

    By enrolling in the Program, Members consent to receive notifications through SMS, email, WhatsApp, in-app notifications, or other electronic channels as deemed appropriate from DSL for:

    1. Reward Points updates
    2. Tier status updates
    3. Promotional offers, campaigns, and events
    4. Changes to Terms and Conditions or Program features
  3. Member Responsibility
    1. Members are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information.
    2. DSL shall not be liable for any failure to deliver communications due to incorrect, outdated, or inaccessible contact details.
  4. Disclaimers
    1. DSL shall not be responsible for any loss, delay, or non-receipt of communications caused by telecom providers, technical issues, or third-party service disruptions.
    2. Members acknowledge that receipt of communications may incur charges from their telecom service providers for SMS, data, or WhatsApp messages.
  5. Regulatory Compliance

    Members agree to receive Program-related communications irrespective of any prevailing regulations on commercial communications under Indian law (e.g., TRAI regulations), unless otherwise prohibited by law.

  6. Language and Frequency
    1. All communications from DSL may be sent in English or any local language as deemed appropriate.
    2. The frequency of communications shall be at the discretion of DSL and may vary based on Program activity, updates, or promotional campaigns.
  7. Opt-Out / Withdrawal
    1. Members may choose to opt-out of marketing communications (SMS, email, WhatsApp, or in-app notifications) at any time.
    2. Opt-out requests can be submitted via:
      • The “unsubscribe” link provided in emails or WhatsApp messages
      • Contacting Customer Support at rewards@rajnigandha.com or 0120-4032570 (10 AM–5 PM on working days)
    3. Members will continue to receive essential service-related communications, such as Reward Points updates, tier notifications, or program changes, even after opting out of marketing communications.

K. Termination

  1. Member-Initiated Termination
    1. A Member may request termination of their Program account at any time by contacting Customer Support through the registered email or app.
    2. Upon termination, the Member will not be eligible for redemption of Reward Points accumulated at the time of request, except as expressly allowed under these Terms and Conditions.
    3. Once the account is terminated, all unredeemed Reward Points shall lapse and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or reinstated.
  2. DSL-Initiated Termination

    DSL reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Member’s account at its sole discretion without prior notice to the Member, including but not limited to the following situations:

    1. Violation of Terms & Conditions, including misuse, fraud, or attempted manipulation of the Program.
    2. Duplicate or multiple accounts linked to the same mobile number, email, or other identifying information.
    3. Non-compliance with Program rules, including submission of inaccurate or misleading information.
    4. Operational reasons, including changes to serviceability, logistics, or regional constraints.
    5. In such cases, any unredeemed Reward Points shall lapse and the Member shall have no claim or entitlement against DSL.
  3. Program-Wide Termination
    1. DSL reserves the right to terminate the Program entirely, giving a minimum of 30 days’ notice to all Members via registered communication channels.
    2. Upon program termination, Members shall have 30 days to redeem accumulated points. Points not redeemed within this period shall expire and lapse automatically.
    3. Any Rewards redeemed but not yet delivered at the time of program termination shall be processed in accordance with the delivery terms.
  4. Effect of Termination
    1. Upon termination of a Program Account for any reason whatsoever, all Program privileges, benefits, access rights, and Reward Points associated with such account shall cease with immediate effect.
    2. Any unredeemed Reward Points shall lapse automatically upon termination and shall not be eligible for redemption, transfer, reinstatement, or restoration.
    3. Personal Data relating to a terminated Program Account shall be retained, anonymized, or deleted in accordance with Clause M (Data Retention & Deletion Policy) and applicable laws and regulations.
    4. DSL shall not be liable for any loss, forfeiture, or expiration of unredeemed Reward Points or Rewards arising from or in connection with such termination.

L. Programme Changes

  1. Right to Modify
    1. DSL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove any aspect of the Program, including but not limited to:
      • Terms and Conditions
      • Reward structure and points system
      • Tier logic and eligibility criteria
      • Features, benefits, or privileges offered to Members
    2. Such changes may be implemented without prior individual notice, although major changes may be communicated through the website, app, or registered communication channels.
  2. Legal Compliance
    1. Membership, enrolment, earning and redemption of points, availability of rewards, and all Program-related activities are subject to these Terms and Conditions, as well as applicable Indian laws and regulations.
    2. Members agree to abide by all such rules and regulatory requirements while participating in the Program.
  3. Notification of Changes
    1. DSL may communicate material changes through email, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app notifications, or website/app updates.
    2. It is the Member’s responsibility to stay informed of updates and changes to the Program.
  4. Effect on Existing Memberships
    1. Any modifications made to the Program shall apply immediately to all Members, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of such changes.
    2. DSL shall not be liable for any claims or disputes arising from modifications, additions, or deletions to the Program features or benefits.

M. Data Retention and Deletion

  1. Consent for Data Processing
    1. By enrolling in the Program, the Member explicitly consents to the collection, storage, and processing of their Personal Data for the purposes of:
      • Operating and managing the Program
      • Delivering rewards and communications
      • Program updates, promotions, and service improvements
      • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  2. Data Collection and Use
    1. Personal Data collected may include, but is not limited to: name, contact details, transaction history, Reward Points, tier status, and communication preferences.
    2. Only information necessary for Program operations and legal compliance will be collected and used.
  3. Data Retention
    1. Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, including business operations and legal compliance requirements.
    2. Following termination or expiry of the Program, data may be retained for a reasonable period to resolve disputes, enforce obligations, or comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
    3. Data Type Retention Period
      Personal profile information (PII) Up to 5 years from last activity
      Transaction records Minimum 5 years or longer if required by applicable law
      Loyalty program data Up to 5 years from last activity
      Marketing preferences Until opt-out or up to 2 years from last engagement
      Processing and system logs Minimum 1 year from date of processing or longer where required under applicable law
      Inactive User accounts Personal data relating to inactive accounts is retained for at least 1 year from the date of last processing and deleted thereafter when no longer required for business, legal, or regulatory purposes
    4. Data retained beyond the necessary period will be anonymized or aggregated to prevent identification of individual Members.
  4. Correction, Updating, and Deletion
    1. Members may request correction, update, or deletion of their personal data by contacting Rajnigandha Customer Support via:
    2. Requests will be processed within 7 working days, in accordance with applicable laws and internal retention obligations.
    3. Certain data may be retained in anonymized form even after deletion requests for analytics, reporting, or compliance purposes.
  5. Security of Personal Data

    DSL shall implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect Member data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

N. Limitation of Liability

  1. No Liability for Rewards
    1. DSL shall not be responsible for:
      • Rewards lost or damaged in transit (before delivery to the Member)
      • Delays in delivery due to courier or third-party services
      • Any personal injury, property damage, or losses arising from use of Rewards
  2. No Warranty on Rewards
    1. All Rewards are provided on an “as is” basis, without any warranty, express or implied.
    2. DSL does not guarantee the quality, availability, suitability, or fitness for any purpose of any Reward.
    3. Any complaints regarding the Reward’s quality or performance must be addressed directly with the vendor or courier, as applicable.
  3. No Liability for Service Interruptions

    DSL shall not be liable for any interruptions, technical failures, or unavailability of the Program website or App.

  4. Force Majeure
    1. DSL shall not be liable for delays, failures, or inability to provide Rewards or Program services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
      • Natural disasters, acts of God, pandemics, epidemics
      • Governmental actions or regulations
      • Strikes, labor disputes, or industrial actions
      • Cyberattacks, network failures, or technical disruptions
      • Any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of DSL
  5. Member Responsibility
    1. Members are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.
    2. DSL shall not be liable for issues arising from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated data provided by Members.
  6. Finality of Company Decisions
    1. All decisions of DSL regarding the interpretation, application, or enforcement of the Program Terms and Conditions, membership eligibility, Reward allocation, or redemption shall be final and binding on Members.
    2. DSL reserves the right to resolve any disputes in the Program at its sole discretion, without assigning reasons.
  7. Exclusions
    1. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for:
      • Death or personal injury caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct
      • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

O. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. Applicable Law

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including all applicable regulations under Indian law.

  2. Jurisdiction
    1. Any disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

Annexure A – Reward points redemption

The following table specifies the minimum and maximum number of Reward Points that may be redeemed by a Member per calendar day under each redemption category:

*Minimum cart value of INR 100 is required for redemption under Pay with Rewards.

The maximum cumulative number of Reward Points that may be redeemed by a Member across all three redemption categories combined in a single calendar day shall not exceed 13,600 points.

The maximum number of Reward Points that may be redeemed by a Member:

  • In a calendar month shall not exceed 40,000 points, and
  • In a calendar year shall not exceed 1,10,000 points.

DSL reserves the right to modify the minimum and maximum redemption limits, number of permitted redemptions, eligible redemption categories, or any other conditions relating to Reward Points redemption at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice to Members.
