TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. 'Rajnigandha' Club member means a Rajnigandha consumer, who is enrolled as a member of 'Rajnigandha' Club holding a valid membership to this programme and is governed by rules set by 'Rajnigandha' Club (Property of Dharampal Satyapal Limited) for this programme which are subject to change.
2. Rewards means the rewards issued by 'Rajnigandha' Club as enlisted in the Reward List and / or as communicated from time to time.
3. Membership in 'Rajnigandha' Club is voluntary, open to Rajnigandha Consumers with a valid mailing address in India above the age of 18 years and eligible as per the rules laid down by business. These rules are subject to change.
4. 'Rajnigandha' Club membership is valid for 12 months from the date of enrolment of the programme unless terminated in terms thereof.
5. 'Rajnigandha' Club membership Reward Points are non- transferable.
6. Members shall provide such information as may be required by 'Rajnigandha' Club from time to time.
7. The programme of 'Rajnigandha' Club may be modified at the sole discretion of 'Rajnigandha' Club from time to time without intimation to the member.
8. 'Rajnigandha' Club will not be responsible for non- serviceability due to member moving out of serviced areas.
9. Membership to 'Rajnigandha' Club is at the sole discretion of 'Rajnigandha' Club and it may refuse membership to any applicant without assigning any reason.
10. In the event of the member not using his/ her accumulated points and / or redeem points for a period of 12 months (from his/her date of enrolment in the programme), the accumulated points will expire. All points accumulated on such accounts and lying unused at the time of expiry shall lapse.
11. Rewards once requested cannot be cancelled or withdrawn or changed and the points used for the same cannot be reversed.
12. A Member may terminate his/ her membership of 'Rajnigandha' Club requesting for termination. His/her reward will be delivered to him/her as per his entitlement depending upon points accumulated in his/her account at the time of his/her request for termination.
13. 'Rajnigandha' Club reserves the right to change the terms & conditions, features and benefits offered in the programme at any time.
14. 'Rajnigandha' Club membership enrolment and eligibility, earning points, claiming rewards, availability of rewards & redemption are subject to the terms & conditions herein and are subject to any applicable laws & regulations.
15. 'Rajnigandha' Club reserves the right to terminate programme by giving one month's notice.
16. Upon termination or withdrawal of Rewards Programme of 'Rajnigandha' Club, all members will be given 30 days time within which they may use the points in their account to request for rewards, after which the points will lapse.
17. Selection of products offered for redemption is and will be at the sole discretion of 'Rajnigandha' Club and is liable to change without notice.
18. Rewards will reach the member within 12 working days of receipt of the order on a best effort basis. Notwithstanding the same, 'Rajnigandha' Club will not be liable for any delay beyond this time period.
19. 'Rajnigandha' Club will not be responsible for product damaged or lost in transit before delivery to the member. This responsibility entirely lies with the Courier company which is used for despatch of the reward.
20. If 'Rajnigandha' Club does not receive any complaint of redeemed items within 30 days from the date of redemptions, it shall be assumed that the member has received the redeemed items. No complaints shall be entertained henceforth.
21. 'Rajnigandha' Club does not accept liability for damage to persons or property whatsoever caused in relation to rewards redeemed by participants in the programme.
22. All logos and trademarks are owned by the respective companies.
23. The Consumer / Member will have to bear usual charges of their telecom service providers for the Internet and SMS to the specified numbers.
24. By registering in the programme , Member agrees to receive SMS/E-mail /Whatsapp alerts from ‘R’ Club irrespective of any prevailing rules and regulations with respect to receipt of SMS /E-mail /Whatsapp alerts prescribed by Indian Law (TRAI Regulation ) or any other authorized body.
25. Members should preserve the coupons used for accumulation of points. 'Rajnigandha' Club reserves the right to ask for coupons corresponding to accumulated points. In the event of non availability of coupon with the member, his/her points corresponding to these coupons may be cancelled.
26. 'Rajnigandha' Club shall not in any way be liable for any issue arising on account of non- receipt of SMS/ E-mail/Whatsapp.
27. In any condition rewards can not be converted in cash.
28. Deliveries will be made only in India.
29. In case of any dispute shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts of Delhi.

Subscription Terms and Conditions

1. This is a subscription service offered by Dharampal Satyapal Limited. We reserve the right to vary the prices/rewards from time to time.
2. “Subscription” products will ship automatically based on the frequency you select until you cancel. By placing your order, you are authorising us to charge your card for future orders at the frequency you have selected.
3. You can change the frequency or cancel your subscriptions at any time through the My Subscriptions section which can be found when you login into your account at https://rajnigandha.com or Rajnigandha Mobile App.
4. Free delivery is available on all subscription orders, regardless of the order value.
5. If any “Subscription” product is not available on the day it is scheduled to be dispatched, we will notify you of the delay and will attempt to fulfil the order once every 7 days over three-week period. If the product does not become available during that three-week period, we will notify you that the order has been cancelled and we will attempt to send the next order on schedule.
6. If any “Subscription”’ products are no longer available, we will automatically suspend your subscription for that product and advise you of this, and no additional orders associated with that subscription will be placed. If any suitable replacement exists, you will need to create a new “Subscription” subscription order for that product. Alternatively our Customer Executive shall call/e-mail to consent the modify Subscription.
7. If any problems arise with your delivery address, your account, or payment method, that we are unable to address, we will notify you via e-mail using the e-mail address associated with your subscription. In such cases, your “Subscribe & Save” subscription will be automatically placed on hold and no additional “Subscribe & Save” orders will be processed or dispatched until you resolve the problem and reactivate your subscription.
8. We may terminate your subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so you will only be charged for orders that have been dispatched to you with 7 working days.
9. You can cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being billed for the following subscription period you need to cancel your subscription 48 hours prior to your subscription renewal date. If you do not cancel at least 48 hours prior to your renewal date, your subscription will be automatically renewed and we will charge your account using the payment method on your account.

Offer - Cart Buster: Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is applicable only for Consumer who buy through Rajnigandha.com/ Rajnigandha App(Android/iOS/)/ Rajnigandha Whatsapp
2. The offer is not applicable to Confectionary products range (i.e. Pass Pass, Tulsi Royal Khajoor, Rajnigandha Silver Pearls ) which may amount to or add to the cart value.
3. This offer can be availed only after the purchase value of M.R.P. Rs.699.00 onwards on Pan Masala alone. Any other product(s) purchased and adding to total of M.R.P. Rs.699.00 or above shall not be eligible for availing this offer.
4. Cart Buster will allow the consumer to add products from a selected range of products only depending upon the Cart Value. (i.e. Rs. 699.00 and above)
5. The range of products within Cart Buster will be managed by Dharampal Satyapal Limited (DSL).
6. If the customer is eligible for offer, the Cart shall prompt customer on screen to click to avail the offer by ticking on the offer. DSL shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever if the customer ignores to click.
7. If the customer is not eligible for offer, the Cart shall suggest to add more products (under offer) so as to avail the offer. Such suggestion shall not be construed as any kind of solicitation or inducement to buy products from DSL in any manner whatsoever.
8. The products within Cart Buster are subject to availability in the location where the delivery is expected.
9. The products listed within Cart Buster may change without prior notice at DSL’s sole discretion.
10. The Cart Buster offer may change or withdrawn without prior notice. The DSL decision regarding the same shall be final & binding.
11. This offer is valid till Scheme announced or till stocks lasts, whichever is earlier. Products available without this offer also.
12. There will be no returns or refunds for the goods delivered under the “Cart Buster Offer” at lesser value.
13. The offer product may be offered to be purchased at Rs. 1/-, or any price decided by DSL depending upon the final value.
14. Offer product can also be purchased against normal M.R.P. without availing the offer.
15. Different Invoices may be issued for products ordered under different categories (with/without offer) with a single Payment ID reflected in one of the Invoices only.
16. Any dispute regarding the offer shall be subjected to the jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only.
17. This offer is not valid in the state of Tamil Nadu & all prohibited States.
18. By ordering through Rajnigandha.com the buyer acknowledges to have read all & agrees to the above terms & Condition.
